Personal Assistant – Financial Services | Up to £45,000 Benefits London (Hybrid Working) A UK-based financial services firm is seeking a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant from Financial Services to support senior leaders within the executive team. This Personal Assistant – Financial Services role (salary up to £45,000 ) plays a key part in ensuring senior stakeholders are able to operate effectively, with well-managed schedules, smooth meeting coordination, and reliable administrative support. About the Role As a Personal Assistant within Financial Services, you will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, helping to manage day-to-day activity, coordinate key meetings, and ensure resources and logistics are in place to support executive decision-making. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary up to £45,000, suited to a PA who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and working closely with senior leadership in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior executives Managing inboxes, calendars, and meeting schedules Coordinating internal and external meetings, including venues and catering Arranging travel and logistics across UK locations Processing expenses and supporting general administrative tasks Meetings & Office Coordination Supporting the smooth running of office activity and meeting spaces Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring technology is set up appropriately Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and external contacts Maintaining accurate records and logs where required Executive & Team Coordination Coordinating senior leadership diaries to ensure effective use of time Supporting key internal meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions Circulating papers, capturing actions, and supporting follow-up where needed Assisting with internal events, team meals, and offsite meetings Supporting approvals and record-keeping for hospitality and related processes Anticipating scheduling or logistical challenges and resolving issues proactively Experience & Skills Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative role within financial or professional services Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders across the business Discreet, professional, and trusted with sensitive information Comfortable supporting senior and executive-level stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Role Details Role: Personal Assistant – Financial Services Location: London (hybrid working) Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000 If you are interested in the Personal Assistant – Financial Services role offering a salary up to £45,000, please apply.
