Client Details The company operates within the manufacturing sector and is recognised as a medium-sized business. Please note, this role is 5 days on site. Description The Accountant's duties will include: Preparing and submitting timely monthly accounts, including monthly reviews, various journal entries and corrections. Reconciling balance sheet accounts. Assist in the preparation & submission of accurate and timely VAT returns. Assist in the preparation of year-end statutory financial accounts. Any ad hoc duties as required.Profile A successful Accountant should have: Be at the latter stages of their ACCA/CIMA qualification. Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis within the manufacturing sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
