About the Role:
You will be working closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils with a wide range of needs, including:
1. Autism Spectrum (ASD)
2. Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
3. Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
4. Communication and sensory needs

Key Responsibilities:
5. Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
6. Assist in delivering tailored learning activities
7. Support students with emotional regulation and behaviour
8. Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
9. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families

10. A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
11. Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
12. Strong communication and teamwork skills
13. A genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
