We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled, and committed Physics Teacher to join the core faculty at a successful University Technical College (UTC) specializing in Engineering and Science, located in the Hounslow area of West London.
This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026.

We Are Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or significant industry/technical instruction experience.
* A relevant degree in Physics, Engineering Physics, or a closely related discipline.
* Mandatory proven track record teaching Physics to Key Stage 5 (A-Level) and/or BTEC Science/Engineering.
* Experience integrating practical applications, data analysis, and technical problem-solving into the curriculum.
* The drive to mentor and guide students toward technical career pathways.
Salary and Benefits
* Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
o The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025).
* A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
