Overview

Expression of Interest: Teaching Roles in Mathematics. Location: All sites. Salary: Competitive Package. Post Type: Full Time. Reference: EOI-MATHEMATICS. Closing Date: Open Until Filled.


Role(s)

* Mathematics Lecturer: Deliver engaging and accessible lessons in Mathematics, guiding students through the curriculum at GCSE and/or A-Level. Support learners in building strong problem-solving skills and mathematical confidence.
* Programme Lead: Oversee the successful delivery of Maths programmes, ensuring the highest standards in teaching, learning, and assessment. This role includes supporting staff development, coordinating delivery, and driving continuous improvement.
* Curriculum Manager: Design and manage inclusive and innovative Maths curriculum content, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student population, and ensure alignment with exam boards and industry needs.


Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging Maths lessons and support students in developing mathematical understanding and problem-solving abilities.
* Contribute to curriculum development, assessment strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support programme delivery, staff development, and coordination of teaching across Maths departments.
* Ensure alignment with exam boards and industry needs where applicable.


Qualifications & Experience

* Strong academic background in Mathematics or related field, with experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Maths (or equivalent).
* Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) and genuine enthusiasm for education.
* Leadership and organisational skills for Programme Lead and Curriculum Manager roles.
* Ability to engage, challenge, and support students to reach their potential in Mathematics.
