Were recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production machinery within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Youll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement across the site. Key Duties Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime Diagnose faults and implement long-term fixes Monitor performance and identify recurring issues Maintain CMMS records and engineering logs Support continuous improvement and OEE initiatives Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Work closely with production teams and external contractors Requirements 35 years maintenance engineering experience (Food/FMCG essential) Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance CMMS experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Desirable: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent PLC fault-finding Lean / CI experience For more information, please apply now!
