As a facilities Operations Director you will be responsible on all delivery aspects of Compliance, PPM and Reactive activities on multi site contracts Duties include:
* Leading a team of maintenance service engineers and project works, hard & soft service
* Deliver key commercial and financial targets
* Develop and maintenance successful partnerships with all stakeholders
* Ensure robust assurance process for all aspects of statutory compliance
* Exceeding the contractual service objectives.
* Lead and motivate a team
* Lead on H&S matters
* Deliver a first class maintenance service
* Develop a clear business plan
