This role will suit a motivated and skilled Architect who is passionate about growing their career and contributing to a dynamic, supportive team. This role provides the opportunity to work on an exciting variety of projects, including domestic and residential schemes, small-scale developments, industrial and commercial properties, community facilities, sports venues, and heritage sites.
You will ideally be proficient in Revit, and worked in a variety of projects, an experienced job runner and able to take a project from Inception through to completion.
Requirements:
* ARB / RIBA registered with UK based experience
* Up to date on all UK building regulations
* Diverse portfolio
* Strong design skills and job running experience
* Worked across all RIBA stages
* Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe suite
* Able to produce specifications and manage the tender process
* Able to work on multiple projects at different stages
* Excellent communication skills
* Full driving licence and own vehicle
