Ideal for someone looking to take their first steps or return to what they know, this position within the Purchase Ledger team will be responsible for supplier transactions, resolving supplier queries and account management. If you are well-organised with strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
This is a role with plenty of variety and opportunities to learn & progress, and support available for those wishing to pursue financial qualifications.
Main Duties:
* Full Purchase Ledger Administration
* Supplier account management & reconciliation
* Investigating & dealing with supplier queries & payment discrepancies
* Reconciliation of payments on the bank account
* Provide assistance across the whole department in general duties as required

Requirements
* Ability to work as part of a team, accurately & efficiently to deadlines
* Strong communication skills
* Experience of working on own initiative with internal & external customers
* Good IT knowledge, with knowledge of accounting software preferred
* Previous experience in a finance role would be an advantage
