Salary: £20.00 - £21.00 per hour
Were working on behalf of a local authority in Kensington and Chelsea, West London, who are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join their housing estate maintenance team.
This is a static role based on a single housing estate - all properties are within walking distance, so no van or fuel card is required.
Responsibilities:
* Undertaking a wide range of carpentry and multi-trade works including, but not limited to, hanging doors and frames, fitting kitchens, structural flooring and finishes, fitting and replacing locks, fitting baths and basins, tiling, painting and decorating, etc.
* Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
* City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Site Carpentry
