What You’ll Do
As the Corporate Business Development Manager, you’ll target major corporate organisations and engage senior decision-makers, including:
* C-suite
* HR Directors
* Category Directors
* Procurement & Buying teams
You’ll lead strategic, solution-focused sales cycles (3–6 months), winning 2–5 year contracts valued in the hundreds of thousands. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of around nine sales professionals while having complete freedom to prospect nationally.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3+ years’ experience selling into large corporate organisations
✔️ Strong consultative sales approach
✔️ Proven track record of generating your own pipeline
✔️ Confidence managing long, complex sales cycles
✔️ Willingness to travel nationally
The Package
💼 £55,000 base salary
💰 Uncapped commission (realistic £85k+ OTE)
