The Role
Reporting to a Senior Principal, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting projects and supporting wider team success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end project delivery (analysis, workshops, client presentations)
* Leading client meetings and facilitating discussions
* Developing compelling business development presentations and proposals
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Staying up to date with pharmaceutical industry trends and developments
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working in a consultancy environment (life sciences/pharma preferred)
* Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development and commercialisation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders
* A proactive mindset with a desire to develop and grow within a consulting career
