What You'll Do as a Teaching Assistant
1. Support classroom learning across subjects
2. Provide 1:1 and small group student support
3. Assist pupils with academic and emotional needs
4. Promote positive behaviour and routines
5. Prepare learning materials
6. Build strong relationships with students and staff
7. Support safeguarding procedures
