Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take on your next challenge? We are recruiting for a passionate and resilient leader to manage a children’s residential home in Nottingham, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
The Role:
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home.
* Lead, motivate, and develop your staff team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
* Promote safeguarding, emotional well-being, and positive outcomes for children.
* Drive improvement, aiming for Good and Outstanding inspection results.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD setting.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and regulatory expertise.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Resilient, motivated, and passionate about improving children’s lives.
