Help lead the transformation: From a historic landmark to a community-powered future
The Hub @ Toothill CIC is looking for a collaborative and ambitious Deputy Chair to help steer our organisation through its most significant transition yet. As we move from a major capital project to a fully operational community venue, you will provide the leadership and support necessary to turn our 2026 roadmap into a reality.
In this high-impact role, you will act as a key partner to the Chair and a secondary point of support for the CEO. You are a strategic driver who will help expand our Board, mentor new members, and ensure we stay true to our "Citizen Power" ethos. When the Chair is unavailable, you will be the steady hand ensuring our meetings are productive, our decisions are transparent, and our community-led mission remains unshakeable.
