We're looking for warm, professional and reliable Home Delivery Specialists (Driver) to join our dedicated distribution team. As a Home Delivery Specialist, you're more than just a driver. You're a trusted face of Neptune - delivering not only our products, but a lasting impression. With every delivery, every conversation, and every carefully placed piece of furniture, you'll ensure our customers feel looked after and genuinely delighted. What you'll be doing Deliver and install Neptune items with care, empathy, and precision inside customers' homes Operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly, carrying out daily vehicle checks Use equipment and techniques to safely load, unload and move heavy furniture items Perform risk assessments at each delivery site and resolve issues when they arise Use handheld devices to complete delivery records accurately and efficiently Keep your vehicle clean and organised, both inside and out Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues Follow all company policies and safety standards Be a proud ambassador for Neptune in your conduct, presentation and attitude Who we're looking for This isn't just a job - it's a chance to be part of a passionate, supportive and forward-thinking team. You will also have great communication and problem solving skills, with a calm and focused mindset when things get busy. You must also have a full, clean UK driving licence with Class 1 or Class 2 and a strong track record of safe driving. Hours of work are 40 hours per week over 4 days covering Monday to Saturday and includes 2 nights stay away per week. Salaries are competitive alongside with bonuses.
