Primary Teaching Assistant (Primary TA) Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering effective lessons and managing the classroom Work one-to-one or with small groups to deliver focused interventions Help manage classroom behaviour and promote engagement Provide emotional support and encouragement to pupils Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom displays Support pupils with additional learning needs or language barriers Participate in school activities and provide general support as needed What we need from a Primary Teaching Assistant candidate: Experience working in a primary school or similar educational environment as a Primary Teaching Assistant is desirable CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistant is beneficial A degree in Education, Psychology or in a similar field.
