Are you an Office Adminstrator but would like to learn some new skills?

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

We would like to use your organisational skills and teach you some new skills You will learn how to add new products to our website, so if you fancy learning something new, this job is for you. You will learn how to upload, maintain and optimise our product listings on our website. This role is key in ensuring that all products are accurately represented online to provide an excellent customer experience and support sales.

Zoomadog is a family run business based in London. We are the UK's Number 1 Online Shop for Medical and Rehabilitation Dog Aids and we have been open for 10 years. Our customers are very lovely people looking for advice on what best to buy for their dog, you will find the job very rewarding. We are a friendly and premium company, looking for a candidate to fit these values. We work in a close-knit fashion and have a real feeling of togetherness. Key Responsibilities:

* Upload new products to the website, including product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing.
* Manage and calculate pricing - this is done by contacting our suppliers and generating our sales price.
* Ensure product pages have accurate spelling and structure.
* Find new products and launch them - you will need to think of the product viability and frequency to filter which products we should launch.
* Work with our warehouse manager and customer service team when products need updating.
* Organise our product launch plan.
* Organise products into appropriate categories and collections.
* Monitor live listings for accuracy and make timely updates as needed (e.g. pricing changes, out-of-stock items).
* Conduct regular audits to ensure all products are correctly displayed and functional.
* Optimise listings based on analytics and customer feedback to improve conversion rates.
* Support product launches, sales campaigns and seasonal updates.

Requirements:

* Quick to learn new processes and tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good maths skills for pricing tasks.
* Very good English grammar for checking product titles.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
