Overview
Retail Sales Assistant – Retail - Birstall Batley. Contract: Full time. Salary: £12.21. This is the largest Krispy Kreme store, offering dine-in, drive-thru, and our Hot Light experience. It’s where doughnut magic meets customer connection.
As a team member, you’ll rotate across key areas—from welcoming drive-thru guests and serving dine-in customers to keeping the store in top shape and supporting the Hot Light service.
Store hours are typically around 7am to 1am, so some shifts may involve lone working, especially during early mornings or late evenings. Applicants must be 18 or over and comfortable working independently when needed. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is required—just energy, strong customer service, and a drive to grow with the Krispy Kreme family.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcome every guest with a friendly face and genuine warmth
* Serve doughnuts and drinks with confidence and care
* Recommend flavours and help guests find theirs
* Keep the store fresh, stocked, and ready for the next rush
* Assist across roles—from till to display and everything in between
* Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment
Requirements
* 18 or over (due to lone-working responsibilities)
* Seeking part-time hours with flexibility to work opening and closing shifts
* Available throughout the week, Monday to Sunday
* A natural team player with a passion for making someone’s day
* Positive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves
