Role: Netsuite Business Support Analyst Duration: 9 Months Rate: Competitive Day Rate Location: Remote Chapman Tate are working with a growing organisation seeking a NetSuite Business Support Analyst to provide hands-on functional support across their NetSuite platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting end-users, improving system adoption, and driving best practice across the business. The Role As the NetSuite Business Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for day-to-day system support, ensuring users can effectively navigate NetSuite to carry out their roles. You’ll focus on resolving issues quickly, delivering user training, and building a strong internal knowledge base. Key Responsibilities User Support & Issue Resolution * Respond to NetSuite support requests from business users * Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the platform * Escalate complex defects and enhancement requests to the NetSuite Systems Analysts Knowledge Management & Training * Deliver user training, guidance, and “how-to” support * Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and internal documentation * Work with the NetSuite delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new business units Business Engagement * Partner with business teams to understand operational needs * Identify opportunities to improve system usage and efficiency * Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance Key Skills & Experience * Strong understanding of NetSuite and core business processes * Proven experience in a functional support or business-facing NetSuite role * Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability * Experience creating clear documentation and training materials For further details on this opportunity and to apply, please forward your CV via the link
