Join Our Housekeeping Team!
We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our fantastic housekeeping team here at Staybridge Suites Birmingham, a 179 suite Aparthotel in the heart of the city centre. We are looking for passionate people help us deliver a warm welcome and a spotless stay for our guests. If you take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
* Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
* Laundering linen and replenishing guest amenities.
* Following Health & Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures, and COSHH guidelines.
* Playing a vital role in ensuring every guest has a first-class, enjoyable stay.
The details you’ll want to know:
Pay rate: £ per hour
Contracted hours: 12 per week (with opportunities for additional hours)
Flexible contract: The more hours you work, the more additional holiday you will accrue
Shifts:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 15:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
Sunday: 11:00 – 17:00

* Attention to detail: A keen eye to ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless and well maintained
* Time management: The ability to manage your time effectively and complete tasks within set timeframes
* Communication skills: Confidence in working with colleagues and interacting with guests, including responding to requests and enquiries
* Passion for service: A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience while upholding our brand standards
* Flexibility: Willingness to work across any day of the business, including early, late, and weekend shifts, in line with business needs
