Working with the Home Manager and Quality Assurance team, the Clinical Lead will ensure effective and safe clinical practice, monitor standards via audits and observations, review policies, implement action plans, and provide reports as required.

Responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical leadership and oversight, guiding the Nursing and Care teams
* Supporting clinical operations, including assessments and stakeholder liaison
* Leading clinical review meetings, GP rounds, MDT meetings, and residents'/relatives' meetings
* Delivering training, mentoring, and supervision to staff
* Overseeing medication management, care plans, and assessments
* Supporting rota planning and participating in on-call duties
* Investigating incidents and addressing concerns to promote safety
* Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team for compliance and improvement
Candidate requirements:
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin and post-registration experience
* Managing or mentoring experience
* Experience as a Senior Nurse or in a similar role in a care home is desirable
* People management skills
* Organized and committed approach
* Excellent communication skills
