Assistant Boutique Manager
As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play an integral role in the store's commercial success and presentation. You will support the Boutique Manager in creating a luxury client experience, demonstrating our brand values in every interaction.
Through your passion and drive for success, you will inspire your team to prioritize the client in all they do. You will be an inclusive, visible, and accessible role model of selling behaviors that deliver results, and you will be committed to supporting your team's development.
You should be proactive, an excellent communicator, and capable of developing strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective CRM activities.
Planning, organizing, and the ability to adjust priorities quickly are essential for an efficient, well-run store. The ability to give direction, coach, delegate, and motivate others will be key to success. You should also be confident in deputizing for the Boutique Manager in their absence.
You will be passionate about our products and become an expert on them. Your leadership skills will ensure each team member becomes knowledgeable about our products' stories, tradition, and craftsmanship, delivering seamless service and helping clients celebrate life and express love.
