The Role
This is a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground position where you’ll be active, visible and strategic across the Midlands hospitality scene. You will:
* Become a true expert in the UK hospitality market
* Map, build and fully own your Midlands territory
* Generate new business through door knocks, walk-ins, events, and local networking
* Run the full sales cycle: prospect → demo → commercial conversation → close
* Deliver engaging demos that clearly show operational and financial ROI for operators
* Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in Salesforce
* Feed market insights into UK-wide strategy discussions
* Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Who We’re Looking For
A competitive, autonomous hunter who thrives in face-to-face settings and loves owning a patch.
You bring:
* Field sales or outbound hunting experience
* A consistent track-record of hitting or exceeding targets
* SaaS or tech solution-selling experience
* Confidence delivering in-person presentations and demos
* Strong territory planning and pipeline discipline
* CRM experience (Salesforce ideal)
* A data-led, activity-driven approach
Bonus Points For:

* Knowledge of the Midlands hospitality scene

Compensation Breakdown:
* £50,000 base salary
* £33,000+ commission (OTE)
