Job Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a detail oriented and proactive individual to become a key member of our Finance team. This is a dynamic role that encompasses a variety of daily financial and administrative responsibilities, with a primary focus on payment receipts and Credit Control tasks. This is a chance to build upon your finance skills within a supportive and collaborative team. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Key Tasks Credit Control & Customer Accounts: Play a key role in the full credit control process, from processing new customer applications to reviewing existing accounts. You'll build positive relationships with customers and proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure a healthy cash flow. Sales Ledger Support: Contribute to the smooth running of the sales ledger by accurately processing customer orders, assisting with the distribution of monthly statements, and working with colleagues to resolve queries. Financial Administration: Support the team with daily financial administration including assisting with daily bank reconciliations, updating key spreadsheets and acting as a helpful point of contact for finance queries by email and telephone. What were looking for: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a confident telephone manner. Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your workload. Accurate and efficient data entry skills. Numerate and comfortable working with spreadsheets Desirable: An AAT Level 2 qualification is an advantage but not essential.
