BCBA Role at Discovery:
We seek passionate BCBAs to join our rapidly growing New Hampshire team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
* Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings
* Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans
* Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
* Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
* Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
* Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required
* Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
