Strategic Leadership Own and drive the Motor Trade/Automotive strategy across the broking function Continuously review product features to ensure competitiveness and compliance Act as a senior point of reference for the wider Automotive Team Analyse monthly trading data to shape ongoing trading and underwriting performance Collaborate with the Broking Manager and Account Executives to meet team-wide sales and renewal targets Client & Market Engagement Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial clients, tailoring solutions as their business evolves Build and maintain relationships with key insurer partners and underwriters Support retention efforts by delivering excellent service and targeted renewal strategies Actively contribute to meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction KPIs Internal Performance Deliver consistent reporting and analysis to support decision-making Identify emerging trends and recommend remedial or growth initiatives Maintain compliance with FCA, PRA, and internal governance standards Promote and live company values while representing the organisation professionally Our mission of Making Recruitment Personal also means making recruitment fair.
