We’re working on a brilliant opportunity for an End User Computing Technical Lead based in South west (Hybrid working), where you’ll genuinely make an impact — not just keep the lights on.
What’s the role about?
This isn’t your typical support job. You’ll be the go-to SME across the environment, leading from the front:
* Owning complex escalations and solving the “unsolvable” problems
* Shaping how EUC services are delivered (not just supporting them)
* Mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across the team
* Driving automation, improvements, and smarter ways of working
* Working across M365, Intune, SCCM, Windows and modern workplace tech
What they’re looking for
Someone who:
* Has active DV clearance (non-negotiable)
* Lives and breathes EUC / Modern Workplace tech
* Enjoys being hands-on but also influencing direction
* Likes improving things — not just maintaining them
* Can talk tech with engineers and translate it for the wider business
