What you'll be doing: Supporting mortgage origination and servicing processes across all products Managing the transfer of loans to the Funding Team and ensuring compliance with criteria Handling loan cashflows including redemptions, optional payments, income, and fees Performing daily and monthly reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy Reviewing and improving processes and controls in a changing environment Assisting with internal and external reporting to meet deadlines Supporting purchase ledger and cash management activities Contributing to audit preparation and compliance with statutory requirements Qualifications Who we're looking for: Working towards a recognised finance qualification (ACCA, ACA, AAT, CIMA or equivalent) Understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles Experience in the financial services industry (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to support wider business projects and initiatives Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
