Our Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for leading shifts, supervising the front-of-house team, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management in the day-to-day running of the department — including our Bar, Lounge, Garden, and Restaurant.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and motivating the team during service to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience
* Assisting with training, development, and daily briefings for the F&B team
* Ensuring standards are consistently maintained across all service areas
* Supporting management with stock control, and health & safety procedures
* Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food and beverage environment
* A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
