Solution Architect – Pensions & Investments - (Manchester/Hybrid)
Financial Services Client
We’re recruiting a Solution Architect to support a major, multi‑year transformation programme for a leading UK financial services organisation. The role focuses on defining target‑state architectures and migration strategies as complex pensions and investment services are brought in‑house from an outsourced provider.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design target‑state solution architectures, including systems and integrations
2. Define migration approaches and risk mitigation for regulated environments
3. Engage with senior stakeholders, technology teams and external partners
4. Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly and concisely
Essential Experience
5. Proven Solution Architecture Experience on large‑scale transformation or migration programmes
6. Strong pensions and investments domain expertise (essential)
7. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
8. Ability to produce clear, high‑quality architectural documentation
