Role Overview
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds via CRM system and Excel
2. Assisting with MCS accreditation administrative processes
3. Handling customer enquiries via telephone and face-to-face
4. Providing high-level customer service
5. Owning and managing administrative processes within the office as the go-to person
Working Hours
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with a half-hour lunch break.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong administrative experience
* IT literacy, especially Excel
* Ability to work individually and in a team
* Multi-tasking skills
* Sales knowledge
