Cash Management Analyst

You’ll work across multiple business units and currencies, and use trusted banking platforms to post and release payments, always with compliance and integrity front of mind—protecting Bupa’s reputation and brand.
How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
* Process all incoming payments accurately, completely and on time, in line with daily deadlines.
* Manage Cash Management activities, including mailboxes, queues and payment posting/allocation.
* Set up and maintain online banking templates; verify supporting documents in line with Financial Crime policies.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers to support smooth processes.
* Produce, validate and submit daily BACS direct debit and direct credit files for approval.
* Contribute to wider Bupa projects and cross‑functional initiatives related to Cash Management.
Key Skills And Responsibilities Required For This Role
* Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role is essential – please make sure this is clearly shown on your CV.
* Experience using Peoplesoft, Swift, Caresys, Cheers, BOSS, Meddbase or Compucare systems would be an advantage.
* Experience using online business banking platforms would be required.
* Confidence using payment gateways / payment & collection files and knowledge of BACS reports is advantageous.
* Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and organised approach.
* Skilled in problem‑solving and identifying root causes.
* Able to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and adapt well to change.
* Comfortable working with third‑party partners and collaborating with internal teams.
