Overview of role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the strategic direction of the digital marketing activity of the hospice. St Clare is a special place to work and we are looking for someone who understands our ethos and wants to make a real difference to the local community by bringing their skills to St Clare.
This won’t be the first time you have used your digital marketing skills professionally as you work with colleagues to maximise digital engagement, reach new supporters and service users and use data insight and analysis to help inform strategic digital marketing decision-making.
It is a new role for St Clare, and you will be joining us at an exciting time, as we expand the income generation, marketing and communications teams to support our ambitious hospice-wide 2022+ strategy. This could be a role for someone looking for their first step into management.
You will relish the chance to project manage the day-to-day digital marketing activity, line-manage the Digital Content & Marketing Officer and liaise with the wider MarComms team.
The role will be proactive working with the following areas.
* Income generation including retail and e-commerce
* Clinical services
* Education provision
The role will be responsible for promoting the work we do as a hospice and palliative care and will be instrumental in supporter acquisition and moulding the supporter journey.
Please read the job description (link below) for further details.
In return for your commitment, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package including a new Health Cash Plan, generous leave allowance, pension and life assurance scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, free parking, subsidised lunches, and the option to continue your membership of the NHS pension scheme. We offer excellent development opportunities and are committed to supporting individuals in their learning and development.
