Job Title: Business Development Manager
Role Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth for VE3’s suite of intelligent solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex technology (AI, Cloud, Data) and business value, helping clients in the public and private sectors evolve into "intelligent enterprises."

Key Responsibilities
* Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new business segments within VE3’s core sectors: Public Sector (G-Cloud), Fintech, HealthTech, and Education.
* Partner Collaboration: Work alongside AWS, Microsoft, and SAP account managers to co-sell and identify "white space" in their existing accounts.
* Complex Integration Bids: Lead the sales cycle for large-scale migrations and system integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA migrations or AWS Cloud-native builds).
* Technical Credibility: Position VE3’s certified expertise to solve complex legacy modernization challenges for Enterprise and Public Sector clients.
* Strategic Networking: Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders in government and private industry.
* Solution Selling: Effectively pitch VE3’s proprietary AI platforms and consulting services (Cloud Ready Architecture, Digital Transformation).
* Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation and cold outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
* Proposal Leadership: Lead the development of high-quality bids, tenders, and proposals, particularly for the UK Public Sector.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure solutions are tailored to specific client "pain points."
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: 3–5+ years in Business Development or Sales within the IT/Technology sector (SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Consulting).
* Public Sector Knowledge: Proven experience navigating public sector procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, DOS) is highly desirable.
* Tech Literacy: A strong understanding of AI, Data Analytics, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to speak confidently with technical stakeholders.
* Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills; ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business value.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
