Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible Primary Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across schools in Bispham. This role involves supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, helping to deliver engaging learning experiences and maintain a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils in class under the direction of the teacher
* Assist with learning activities and classroom organisation
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
* Experience working with children in a primary school setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
