Senior Product Manager – AI Strategy & Product Deployment

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI strategy and turn innovative ideas into scalable product deployments. This is a key hire in the expansion of our AI and data capabilities, with a clear mandate to design and commercialise new AI-driven solutions that strengthen our product offering and customer outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with the senior leadership team to translate strategic vision into actionable product initiatives—developing cutting-edge AI workflows that can forecast, prevent, and optimise real-world operations. What You’ll Do
* Own and deliver the AI product roadmap, from discovery to market launch.
* Identify, validate, and prioritise opportunities that create quantifiable customer and business value through AI.
* Collaborate with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to ensure timely, high-impact delivery of AI solutions.
* Define clear goals and success metrics to drive adoption and prove ROI.
* Conduct deep qualitative discovery with users to understand challenges and co-design effective, data-driven solutions.
* Develop commercial AI features that extend our competitive advantage and expand market potential.
* Champion emerging trends in AI/ML and embed scalable AI capabilities across product teams.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years of technical product management experience, including at least 3 years leading AI/ML product initiatives (LLMs, computer vision, or Agentic AI preferred).
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar.
* Deep understanding of the full ML lifecycle and modern data ecosystems.
* Experience in B2B products, ideally within complex or regulated sectors.
* Proven track record building, launching, and iterating commercial AI products that deliver measurable business outcomes.
* Strong ownership mindset with a growth mentality—able to turn strategy into execution and drive cross-functional alignment.
