As a key member of the UK&I Recruitment team, the Recruitment Administrator (Contracts) plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle across the UK&I Division. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of employee contracts—including Early Careers hires and for ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding for new hires. The role also includes monitoring and reporting on the completion of the Hiring Manager Inclusive Recruitment training suite, contributing to our commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
Making Possible
• Contract Administration
• Prepare and issue employment contracts for new hires across the UK&I Division, including early careers programmes.
• Ensure contract accuracy and compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
• Maintain contract templates and support updates in line with business and legal changes.
• Accurate creation of positions and requisitions in the system to support Early Careers programmes.
• Collaborate with HR Admin colleagues to ensure a seamless transition into the management of a successful onboarding processes for new starters.
• Inclusive Recruitment Training Monitoring
• Track and report on Hiring Manager completion of the Inclusive Recruitment training suite.
• Provide regular updates to the UK&I Recruitment Manager and support follow-up actions.
• HR System and Data Management
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• General Recruitment Administration
• Support recruitment campaigns and large-scale hiring initiatives with administrative coordination.

• Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
