About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide a positive onboarding experience, ensuring a quick transition from job offer to start date.
About You
You will be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy to plan and prioritize, and follow recipes accurately. You will be passionate about food and committed to delivering good quality, home-cooked meals to our Residents. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, you will be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the appropriate actions to take. All staff must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and be able to seek advice and report concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
