Our client is recruiting for a Planning Support Officer for their Barnsley Office, utilizing works Management / Dynamic Resource scheduling systems. The role involves carrying out full Planner duties.
Purpose of the Role
The initial focus is to support the team with:
* Running job queues and booking repair appointments with customers in workers' diaries
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Relief Planner support
* Call handling
* Scheduling & dispatching work electronically to individual craft operatives of Construction Services
* Contributing to the overall management of Construction Services
* Ensuring that the Service Control Unit within Construction Services provides a highly efficient, economical, safe, customer-focused, and high-quality service to all clients
* Ensuring resources are deployed at the appropriate time to deliver a right-first-time service
* Working closely with the Planning Manager to deliver service improvements throughout Construction Services
* Liaising with customers and tenants, and responding to their enquiries
Role Requirements
Basic DBS check required for the role.
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 8-4 with flexible working options.
