We are currently recruiting a dedicated Administrator to support our client's operations and provide general administrative assistance to the wider team. Our client is seeking an organised and proactive individual who is looking to build a long-term career within a growing company.
Duties include:
1. Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner
2. Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
3. Managing and processing contracts and related documentation
4. Performing accurate data entry and record-keeping tasks
5. Preparing and managing handover packs for projects or clients
6. Maintaining organised filing systems (both digital and physical)
7. Monitoring and reviewing incoming emails, ensuring prompt distribution to the relevant departments
8. Providing general administrative support and carrying out various ad-hoc tasks as required
The right candidate will have/be:
9. Strong communication skills
10. A reliable and hands on approach
11. The ability to work unsupervised whilst performing a range of duties
12. Good organisational skills
13. The ability to ensure documents and information is kept confidential
14. The knowledge of Microsoft Office
15. Administration within an office environment
16. An adaptable approach to a workload
