Cromwell Vets are recruiting a pro-active and friendly Client Care Coordinator to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our brilliant team. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and we offer BVRA training to support this!
This is a permanent part-time role working 32h per week over 4 days including evenings and weekends.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
* Answering the phone in a polite, clear and empathetic manner
* Ensuring all enquiries at resolved efficiently
* Managing the diaries effectively and ensure the smooth running of vet and nurse consults
* Assisting with administrative duties including answering email enquiries and online booking requests.
