Summary of Position
This is an unrivalled opportunity to join a vibrant and rapidly expanding team as a Contact Centre Agent. This is a varied role consisting of a range of tasks related to call handling and administration, the ideal agent will be able to strike a balance between providing a high level of customer service and problem resolution.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Handling calls and dealing with administrative tasks.
* Working together to achieve Team Goals.
Skills & Experience Required
* Attention to detail.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.).
* Confident communicator.
