The role offers exposure to international clients and cross-border matters, including structuring, acquisitions, disposals and financing arrangements. You will work closely with senior lawyers while taking ownership of discrete work streams, building client relationships and developing your technical capability within a collaborative team. The client base includes institutional investors, asset managers and global financial services businesses, with clear scope for progression as your experience develops.
