The Horse & Jockey is located in the affluent town of Upton, close on the Wirral. The pub is surrounded by shops, local businesses and mixed housing.
A recent refurbishment has enhanced the internal trading area including the kitchen and made the outside area a lovely place to relax with all the family.
Demographics:
The pub benefits from being one of five pubs found in an area of around 4,108 adults. The Majority customer base is made up of a low to medium mature affluence demographics .
The offer:
The food currently makes up 20% of the pub’s total sales.
You can drive trade through well thought through live sports, selection of pub games, such as pool, and darts and pub games machines.
