Restaurant Depot. a national wholesale restaurant supplier is seeking experienced candidates for Assistant Manager in the Houston area. Preferred candidate should have minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar level capacity in a high volume retail or big box environment. Must be a multi-tasking individual with excellent communication skills with knowledge in the areas of inventory control, P & L, budgeting, merchandising, employee development, recruitment, and human resource-related issues. Must be a self-starter and able to manage a large staff (60+). Food service knowledge a big plus. Customer Service skills are essential in this position as you will be interacting with business customers throughout the day. We are a wholesale operation and not open to the public. Salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits, 401k plan, and bonus plan.
