Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience planning, creating, and delivering tailored IT or cyber security training to diverse audiences. We need strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to large audiences. We are looking for experience running and managing phishing awareness campaigns. We need someone who can translate effectively between technical teams and non-technical business users. We are looking for a background in, or strong interest in, cyber security. Experience with the Immersive Crisis Simulations platform is advantageous but not essential. We welcome candidates who are passionate about security awareness and have a track record of engaging people through training. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to plan and deliver our full security awareness programme. You will run phishing campaigns and deliver email security training. You will lead our annual cyber security awareness month through blogs, webinars, presentations, and other creative formats. You will plan and implement cyber security drill exercises for IT and business audiences. You will work with business continuity leads to feed lessons learned back into the programme. You will build and lead our internal Cyber Champions Network. You will manage members across the business to help strengthen our security culture. You will communicate cyber security initiatives to key stakeholders. You will provide evidence-based feedback on what is working and what needs to improve.
