Responsibilities
* As an account manager, you will have responsibility for the growth and profit by providing exceptional solutions to our prospects and customers alike. The account management department works closely with Global Voices’ marketing and operations team.
* Develop and manage relationships to build strong pipelines and ensure delivery of high-quality work.
* Lead and motivate direct reports and wider team to deliver exceptional work in a positive, constructive environment.
* Manage large-scale projects through a full project life cycle, including post-launch strategy development.
* Collaborate to provide creative, high-quality solutions to customers.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional services role.
* Passion for sales growth and expert knowledge of growing accounts at C-level.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to implement and adjust.
* Experience in running large-scale projects through a full project life cycle.
* Ability to build efficient pipelines and unblock dependencies to support high-quality delivery.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
