* Work closely with internal specialists across solution design, sales, and delivery to ensure cohesive outcomes.

* Monitor developments in the technology landscape and bring fresh ideas and innovations to customers.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency across the full project lifecycle.

Key Attributes Required
* Significant experience in the IT industry, with a broad and well-rounded technical background.
* Previous experience in a senior, customer-facing leadership role.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver complex programmes involving multiple workstreams.
* Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic direction.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
