Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Advisor located in Morley. This role would be perfect for someone with experience in a vehicle repair/ vehicle parts retail environment looking for the opportunity to put their skills to greater use.
The Claims Advisor will be responsible for handling and managing claims, from initial communication with clients to resolving their claims. Daily tasks include processing claims, liaising with insurers, clients, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and accurately.
The role also involves maintaining detailed records, analysing claim data, and providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
* Proven experience in a vehicle repair centre or a vehicle parts retail environment
Salary starts at £25k OTE £28600
